Cancellation procedure
Article 1: Our products are prepared the same day or the next day you place an order. Please let us know your product return status within 3 working days from the date of the order.
Article 2: We cannot cancel products with special size / fabric / color changes (if the 3 working days specified in Article 1 are exceeded).
Article 3: If the production of your order is completed and your order is sent to the freight or logistics company (shipping), it cannot be canceled. In such a case, the freight you received should not be accepted and returned. If the required return has been received by Ilker Gödence Furniture, you can use your right of return (unless it is a special order in accordance with Article 2).
Article 4: If you have placed an order with an early delivery date, your right to place your products free of charge is again 3 working days from the date of the order.
Article 5: In the event of cancellation of your future orders, 100 TL will be charged per month in which each product is kept in stock.
Article 6: For orders with a lower limit discount coupon, the current campaign will be deactivated if a product in the order is canceled if the remaining order amount does not reach the lower limit, and your refund will be made according to the remaining amount (for cancellations not made by Ilker Gödence Furniture come from).
Article 7: You are entitled to free cancellation up to the standard production of 2 days without any special size / fabric / color change. After this period, you can cancel products that are shipped with logistics (shipping) for a cancellation fee of 250 TL.
Article 8: Your refund will be made within 7 working days if the cancellation conditions are met after receipt of your cancellation request.
Article 9: The above cancellation policy applies to purchases made through our website. We kindly ask you to contact your sales advisor to cancel the purchases made in our branches.
Return procedure
Article 1: You have the right to return the product within 14 days, except in the following situations.
Article 1a: Special order: Custom fabric covers, changing the color of the feet, changing the size, changing the corner direction, etc. In such situations, the product cannot be returned.
Article 1b: Hygiene products: Due to their structure, they are personalized products that cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. (Products such as bed, pillow, etc.)
Article 1c: Installed Products: Installed as disassembled; Products manufactured by our teams, professional installation teams or our customers cannot be returned.
Article 2: Products that are not returned in the original packaging will not be refunded. In the absence of the original packaging, we ask you to pack the product in such a way that it is not damaged during transport by freight or logistics (shipping).
Article 3: If the product has a problem due to its manufacture, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. To find out if there is a production error, we ask that you send the visual and written details that must be sent to the production units upon request.
Article 4: The shipping costs will not be reimbursed if the products for which the shipping costs were paid are returned at random. In the case of an arbitrary refund of the products for which the shipping costs have not been received, you have the right to return for a return fee of 25%.
Article 5: End-of-series products cannot be returned. For this reason, we ask you to carefully check the detailed information about our series end products on the product detail page.
Article 6: We indicate the product dimensions on our website. If the size does not fit in your home, the return is excluded from our return policy. Before purchasing the product, please check the product dimensions to see if it can be transported into your apartment, whether it fits in your room or through the door, before you order.
Article 7: For the products delivered by freight, we always ask you to check the damage of the product packaging. In the event of damage to the product packaging or product, attach the “Damage Assessment Report” to the freight forwarder and do not accept the product. Or if you give up the product without opening it when the product comes to you (with the exception of the cases mentioned above, this is possible. Article 8: after your refund to Ilker Gödence Furniture; If it is undamaged and meets the return policy, with the exception of the conditions previously stated, it will be done within 7 working days.
Article 9: The return policy above applies to purchases made through our website. We kindly ask you to contact your sales advisor regarding the return of our branches.
Exchange procedure
Article 1: If you have not received your product and would like to use your right to make changes, you must first request a cancellation for the product you purchased (in accordance with the cancellation policy).
Article 1a: If your change request meets the cancellation policy; Your order will be canceled and your new order will be processed.
Article 1b: If the price of the product you are replacing is higher than the price of the product you want to replace, Ilker Gödence Furniture will refund the price difference in the same way as you made the payment when you create a new order .
Article 1c: If the price of the product you are replacing is lower than the price of the product you want to replace, your new order will be created after you have paid the price difference.
Article 2: After you have ordered upholstered products (sofa, couch, corner set, wing chair, etc.), we can process your request to change the product color on the day of your order or until the next day. If you then request a change of color, we can do so for the previous “fabric and labor costs” + “new fabric and labor costs”.
Article 3: You have received the product and would like to use your right to make changes. You must first send the purchased product back to Ilker Gödence Furniture (according to the return conditions).
Article 3a: If your change request meets the return conditions, after returning the previously purchased product, Ilker Gödence Furniture will order the new product you would like to buy.
Article 3b: If the price of the product you are replacing is higher than the price of the product you want to replace, Ilker Gödence Möbel creates a new order after receiving your product and returns the price difference as soon as you have paid.
Article 3c: If the price of the product you are replacing is lower than the price of the product you want to replace, Ilker Gödence Furniture will receive your product and create your new order after you have paid the price difference.
Article 4: The above exchange conditions apply to purchases made through our website. We kindly ask you to contact your sales advisor about exchanging purchases in our branches.
